Rude agent Amanda, Poor customer service

I am not happy with the way I was rejected by Amanda on whatsap chat when I needed clarity,

But Atlist bi now understand why she will be left with no job, She can see that customers are moving away from Multichoice but she still feels she has the privilege to be rude to clients,

She obviously does not share the same views nor moto of Multichoice.

All i needed to know was what do i need to do to reconnect my WIfi as the dstv is working but not the internet.
