Rude agent

I received a call from this number +*** and this lady asked to speak to Selina and I said to her I want my number to be removed from data base. This lady then decide to be rude and say I must learn to answer the question that is she is asking, who the he'll she think she is to me to tell me how to answer my phone. I didn't opt for marketing. Multichoice must train their employees well.after all she leaves the call on to hear what I am saying in the background. This is ******* and wish she could be fired unless this is the standard that multichoice gives to its customers.
