Rude Agent!
<p>I just got off the phone with an agent on an absolute high horse!<br /> She is Madam Diva on the job who after I voiced my frustration about being put on hold for long, basicly told me that it was DSTV's way or no way! Her name is Jabulile. </p> <p>I was appalled by her attitude!</p>
