RUDE AGENT
i called in to ask what package i am on and this Nomonde girl was very rude to me she placed me on hold for 30 min and then i called back and requested to speak to her teamleader, Refilwe then came on the line and gave me attitude as well promised someone would call back and no response. I am very disgusted with this Call center they have no customer service exp.we pay full every month and its rather exp and i dnt expect to be treated this way.
