******* SERVICE. ******* CONSULTANTS. FALSE PROMISES. LIES. *****ING OF MONEY. ANNOYING COMPANY.

Hardly two months in the year and I'm having to complaint yet again about horrible service.

This month my service was disconnected before the date I chose which is the 7th. I called same day and was told there's is a problem with my account and there seems to be reversals on my account. I queried this because I'm not on debit order. I was told they will get back to me. I questioned if I will be charged a reconnection fee and was told yes. I was not happy about that.

I am aware that I upgraded to DStv compact plus and the amount due on the 7th of Feb was around R736 and I paid that in full. I paid R600 and the following day paid R136 as per self service on WhatsApp. I was then reconnected but my PVR and extra view was not. The error message I got was not available on WhatsApp for me to fix myself but I saw a reconnection option on the DStv app. I selected that option. Days moved till yesterday when I was disconnected again for no reason and when I called I was told i am on DStv bouquets which I know nothing of, and that I did on selected them on self service which is a lie, what I did on self service was to reconnect the Service that were disconnected i.e the PVR and extra view service.

It's not nice that everymonth DSTv always finds a way to make me pay more than I expected. This is uncalled for. To my knowledge I don't owe DStv any amount and refuse to be told otherwise. Can you please contact me because yet again my airtym was fineshed speaking to a consultant who still doesn't know how to help me. They don't even ask me about the other security check of my pin, which Refiloe from the D Office of the CEO specifically promised me will be done moving forward.

Why should dealing with your company always be so costly, stressful and so annoying. I now see that I owe a rediculous amount of money yet again and the month has not even finished yet. What's worse is on the self service options available there is no where I can get the statement.

I'm very curious to know if any of you guys have used your self service to see if these things you claim we can do our selves can literally be achieved. Below just for reference I included my last complaint to you guys just to highlight the level of incompitece I deal with from MultiChoice.

I'm really not happy. I'm actually disgusted.

Regards, Moeketsi Moloi

Hi Moeketsi,

I hope you are well.

I believe on my last email I had requested for your contact details for me to contact however I did not receive those as request hence I haven't called you... I have no access to your DSTV account or contact number as you have not provided me those.

You may provide me your DSTV customer number and contact number and enable me to assist you.

Is there any reason perhaps why have I not received your call or acknowledgement of my last email sent on Saturday?

Anyway I am not surprised. That's the DSTV service way.

I suppose I should just forget about getting any of my concerns sorted.

Regards, A disgusted client.

I'm writing this email with uter frustration, disgust and extreme disappointment at how business is conducted at MultiChoice.

Coming from a service background, I understand how important and crucial it is for any organisation to not only have a powerful service team but an even stronger communicatios team too with the focus being on existing clients because we are the petrol that keeps the business running but im sad to let you know that your company lacks both in so many ways and levels.

It would appear that I owed MULTICHOICE an extremely outrageous amount of money which I have been owing since December 2018. With that said I also need to point out that from that time til now I have not received any statement from MultiChoice, no letter, sms, email, even the envelope on the decoder to inform me of such since I switched to email but they are quick to bombard my email address with stories about their repetitive movies and stupid surveys. Instead after months they decided to suspend my account. As if that is not enough, trying to get through their call centre to find a competent consultant has been a nightmare, just this week alone 3 of their consultants including a manager by the name of Mhlengi Mayeza hung up on me without resolving my issues that time I've wasted a huge amount of time holding on the phone for no reason. If I can tell you the amount of money I spent just only to to call their epic fail of call centre which is always having a system issue and staff has lack of knowledge anything whatsoever but most importantly knowledge in customer care. They just don't know why they woke up and came to work. Incompetence at its best.

I want to highlight though the help of one consultant by the name of Logan Visagie who when I was to explode gave me sanity and tried to redeem the reputation of your company by being the best help. Although she personally could not help she escalated my issue and am assuming the escalation department is slow too seeing that no one called me since Thursday. Another *********** side of the business I guess.

Anyway if you could get some one who has a say in your business or any care in the world about us the non important paying clients I will firstly like to discuss my account, and secondly I would like to come in to discuss with you or anyone who can listen to me on various ways I think you can improve all this because I do have suggestions. Anyway with all of that said I really would be surprised if this was the first time I'm experiencing these issues but no. Its not... To MultiChoice who is the monopoly in the industry customers are just small fish who fit their big pockets. Regards Moeketsi Moloi A VERY UNHAPPY CLIENT ***:986130
