******* service from price lock multichoice

I ordered a explora in price lock over the phone on the 9 May 2019. Was told to send the relevant documents in order for my order to 've ge which I did. 21 May ***** called by an agent to tell me that everything was fine and ibwould be getting my parcel within the next 4 days. Four days came and went. I called to find out what was happening because I needed to leave for work as I'm not working close to home so if they deliver they will find nobody there. I was told that the matter is escalated and i will reveive a call back which I haven't. It's been weeks of me calling the call center and nobody seems to know what is going on. They way these ****** agents are do clueless one off them called me to ask if I'm not interested in a price lock package "like duhh". I'm sick and tiredof this nnonsense. I should have believed the reviews I read before ordering this ****. Whoever will be reading this you considering price lock be prepared for a big run around from multichoice. I'm really disappointed
