Dstv is such a ****. Money paid tv keeps switching off from 4th August. We need to call every 2 days to reconnect. I have escalated multiple times. We requested to speak to team leaders because agents are rude, they out us on hold for over an hour and don't return. We've been promised calls from team 'leaders' but nothing. At this point I wabtcto be refunded
