******* customer service from Nompumelelo at DSTV!

Their call center staff are *********** and rude. I spoke to a lady called Nompumelelo who refused to give me her surname because apparently they are not allowed. She said I must stop screaming at her, when I wasn’t but imply trying to explain my issue. Then when I asked to speak to her supervisor she put me on hold for a long period of time until I had to hang up. No customer service at all, what an arrogant and rude consultant who has a clever mouth too! Considering I have been a loyal customer of DSTV for years with more than one subscription. What a ******* company. I will be closing all my accounts!
