Router Sim card not activated

Good day

I have received DSTV Router and their SIM card on the 27 January 2025 , since than I have been asking for assistance from their WhatsApp numbers , getting different answer , still not active , the last consultant I spoke too, promise to send a query and Ga e a reference number of the query promise to get an activation ama within 24 to 48 hours ..still nothing ..can someone please assists me , as I am in need of the internet.
