Router and Change of debit order

I was offered a router and was told that they were going to combine my premium subscription as well as router ...combined I was going to pay +-1100...since June 2022 my subscription were separated 1000 for premium and 469 for router and if called DStv they say one and same thing ... They've escalated my problem to the management and no one has called me back till this day...

Secondly I called in the beginning of March requesting my debit order to go through on the last day of the month but only to found out when I was suspended that it was not done .

The service of DStv instead of getting better it's detoriating.
