Rotten service from DSTV

DSTV’s service is beyond pathetic and understanding that when we call, we use our own airtime

Today I called 5 times and each call was a minimum of 10 mins with no assistance the fiber service at dstv is just a joke

The one officer told me to move the router and that will work you get placed on hold and the team leaders never want to come to the phone never this needs to be looked at

I asked what was the complaints e-mail or telephone number I was advised that dstv does not have one I have fiber with dstv the is always no connection and the consultants are unable to assist

They advised they will call back and never do today I could not connect to the internet as dstv failed to get me back on line reference INC*** dstv , also spoke to Yolenwa Mazibuko she was the lest helpful
