Rofhiwa - You the Best

On the 6th of April I engaged with the team on WhatsApp and was happily assisted by Rofhiwa. I wanted the upsize option of which was not available. I was unpleasant to deal with by Rofhiwa remained calm and professional and explained why my upsize was not successful. Clearly she was not happy about disappointing me, she still ensured I got my upsize even though I had missed the deadline. She called me the following day to let me know it's done. Rofhiwa this is a big thank you. I may be late in posting but your effort to resolve really meant alot. Keep shining 🌟
