Robs Pensioners n double charges them

Ive had the baddest service with Dstv n its lije u talk to different agents n they all bull****ting u the same way. my mother uses a DSTV explora n id being doubled charged. My mother payed R809 for compact n was told that the moniesR300 will be credited to her n now is told she owes R675 So what the hell is this. Dstv robs off pensioners with no shame. Thats Princess Shozi who had me on the pbone for 35minutes and Patience Ncube Im disgusted with the service
