Robbing my old parents DSTV

Horrible Horrible company who has no idea what is going on.. ****** my old parents for money Took a price lock from them at the beginning of Jan. The consultant set up 2 accounts. They had no idea what they was doing and was supposed to link accounts. Never did that. In Jan we paid R1200. 01st of Feb they took 1700 from my parents and said they sorted it out. Now they tell my dad we owe R1200. What is going on? No Team lead or manager calls back ever. All the agents don't understand a thing. I WILL NOT BE LEAVING THIS.
