i am so frustrated with multichoice, my debit order date is the 20th monthly but I was paid late hence my debit order reversed I made a payment on the 2301 of 390.00 and my premium is r385.00 now this morning they have suspended my account because there is r13.00 owing on the account , what frustrates me even more no sms or notification was sent to me about this and now I have to go an pay r13.00 after work today and now the people at home wont have access to television because I didn't pay r13.00 what kind of nonsence is that and when I speak to the agent he is telling me bull****, I want to know what is the mandate to suspend the service because I paid on the 3rd day of my expected payment somebody attends to this
