I paid my subscription but when I got home my subscriptuion was off UI called in ammidiately but my phone got cut off and no one bothered to call me back as they verified my details I called back again fixed it the FFW today I recieved an sms telling me my account was being disconnected and I owe R97.00 but how is that possible are charging me reconnection fee twice which i should not have paid to start with ...this is day light light *******
