They debited my aacount double on the 25th i called n got told 24hrs i will get a refund. Today is the 4th no refund nothing. I called n got told the 24hrs story again. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor guess wat again none of them were available. Multichoice are ******* coz it was so easy to debit twice yet the refund is a problem if they think i will let this go they are soo wrong. I tried to cancel the debit order coz i dont have time for all this drama guess wat even that is a problem. The only thing that is not a drama is them debiting wrong amounts anything else does not work
