******s - Be sure to check DSTV debit order amounts

I have recently taken the price lock with the explora 3 with DSTV. This was the compact deal with the explora 3, including wifi connector and compact subscription for R499 a month. On the 25th September 2019 I was debited R1967 off my account from multichoice. When I phoned the call center, the lady advised me to go to my bank to reverse the monies myself. I was very upset and asked to speak a floor manager. The lady told me that the manager was busy and she was to call me in the next hour. I received a call from the team leader after one and half hours saying that she is sorry and unfortunately she can't refund the monies to me on that day. She said she will get all the information and give me a call back by the end of the day on the 26th September. Today is the 27th September and I have not received any feedback with regards to my monies.
