****** of my hard earned money

Angry and disgusted ...In May i downgraded my services from compact to Access because i could not afford it anymore as the prizes were going up .During the month i received a call from Dstv sales people about a promotion o Premium which i declined but they decided on their own that i agreed and billed me an amount of R415 (day light ******* ) how would i have agreed on paying R800 when i couldn't even afford R400 now to fix the matter i have waited two weeks none wants to call back instead after calling in more than 5 times the consultants suggested i skip work and go to them to fix their mess ...which might cost me more money because i wont be paid for the day if i don't pitch to work. Oh by the way all the consultants i spoke to confirm i did not agree to the Package
