****** my Dstv
Hello. Please help me! Dstv is robbing me in daylight! I'm always asked to pay more than the package I chose! Reconnection charges worth R400! For something I didn't even disconnect! I keep trying to downgrade my package but still its crazy charges! I'm now told to pay R700+ for a package that is R240! I've tried calling but I keep hearing different excuses and explanations that don't make sense...they told me I have other decoders and refuse to disconnect them and yet I'm only using 1!! I've been on hello Peter and they responded but never sorted the matter and stopped communicating! I'm not even working but they want to charge me R700 for what!! I'm very disappointed in DSTV!!!!
