****** me of my Money

Multichoice is robbing me, my account was deactivated on the 7th of August 2019, and I made payment (R1300) on the 23rd August 2019, and my account was activated. again on the 19th September 2019, I made R900 payment. on the 10th October 2019, DSTV de-activated my account. I called to find out why account was being De-activated and I was told I must pay R900 because my account runs on the 1st of each month and this is generated by the system. I asked why is it not stopped on the 19th October 2019 because I made the payment on the 19th of September 2019. Was told the matter has been referred to Accounts.. of which it takes accounts 48hours to sort out the mess. so they can not re-activate my account... NB: Accounts does not work over the weekends meaning I have to suffer the whole weekend.. I so wish there were other competitors so I can just cancel this **** and join the competitors. In a nutshell, DSTV has ****** me of my money. nxaa
