Hello Peter, I'm not happy with Multichoice..my Sister was supposed to pay R1020 but she mistakenly paid R11200, she called Multichoice for a refund of the difference to date, she hasn't received it. Instead Multichoice is busy taking money from that balance, and what's even worse is that they taking more than her monthly agreed payment. What's hurting is that she's a single mom and she needs to buy food and pay transport fees for the kids, but No Multichoice has turned itself into her bank,that's not even goin to pay her monthly interests for the duration they have held her money, or should I say money ****** from her. She has called Multichoice several times in my presence, asking for the refund instead, she's been taken from pillar to post. It's now 2months asking for her refund Hello Peter please intervene, I feel that Multichoice is taking advantage of my sister.
I would like to give feedback on the empty promise Multichoice DStv made to us(My sister in Particular) that they will refund her back the difference of the money she paid to them, they assured us that we will receive it on Monday of the 25th July, to date. We haven't received the refund nor heard from them. I think Multichoice is not taking its customers seriously, or is it that my sister is black?? I don't want to sound like I'm playing the racial card here, but somehow I feel that way. Can they please resolve this with immediate effect, as I have stated previously that my sister is relying on that money. She's unemployed. her contact number is ***
