On the 26th of January i received a number of txts from dstv advising me to pay for my dstv before the 31st... I did so but to my surprise was cut-off and a reconnection fee of R100 is required ...why should I pay the fee when i settled my account before the 31st of January.... Who is responsible for the txts and why blame us when u provide dates on those sms...dstv staff is very rude and ********
