Robbbed by Dstv

So, i upgraded from Compact to Compact Plus on 24 April 2020. My balance due for October was R794, compact plus has not been activated yet. Today i made the payment of R794, channels still not open. So i assumed that amount was for the upgrade. Channels still not open. I messaged you guys on Facebook and was advised my bill was for 3 additional add on's. I NEVER signed up for these add on's, never even used it for October. But was billed for it. Compact plus still not active. No one can tell me why i paid for 3 additional services (showmax, indian and joox) but never signed up for it and never used it in October. If you check my account and statements, you will see that i never paid for those additional services. Now my bill had an outstanding balance of R68 for mh upgrade. What the hell?? O already paid an amount of R794 today. Please please please can someone assist me. The whatsapp is of no use and the agent on Facebook is of no use too.
