Rivario Abrahams at Multichoice call centre, you shine !

Last night 3/10/18, we called Multichoice call centre JHB and received a friendly greeting from Rivario Abrahams who's efficient support saved the day. We are in our 70's with limited technology knowledge, but Rivario was so patient with us, walking us through the steps to take in order to sort out the decoder problem (3 times !). Rivario is dedicated to his job and gives Multichoice/DSTV a good name and in our books scores 100%. In this day and age it's it not often that we receive friendly, helpful and dedicated service from suppliers. At our age TV is important as there's not much else in entertainment to keep us busy.
