RIPPING US OFF AND GOINF AGAINST THEIR WORD!

DSTV offered us a discount on our monthly premium when I asked them if they can do a better deal for us! They then offered the following deals : @lynnthehoff We have accessed your account and we noticed that you have DStv Premium + PVR Access. Please note that we do not have pensioners discount. DStv stopped offering discounts to pensioners because they cannot guarantee that only pensioners will use the decoder. In addition, some people abuse the system because decoders are portable. They, however, offer a commercial subscription to retirement villages as units.

However, here's what we can offer your the following: -DStv Premium + Access Fee for 24 Months save -110.00 and pay R839. -DStv Premium + Access Fee + Showmax + Disney+ for 24 Months save R- 236.00 and pay R713.00. ~RTM

So I chose the R 713.00 deal obviously! After allot of back and forwards, I am told because we have three decoders on the package, the price is R 932.00…. This after me confirming over and over (I have the proof of said conversation), they explain that amount includes the insurances on the three decoders! I accept the deal and off we go… suddenly a couple of weeks later Disney plus subscription is gone? I query it, takes days… even though I asked why the Disney plus expires in a few weeks, I’m told it renews automatically monthly! It took ages to deactivate the Disney Plus!! Then I receive this sms stating debit order will Goff on the 1st of December for R 1059.99 !!! I contact DSTV, and lo and behold the mistake is that the premium is now MORE than what we were initially paying which was R 1068.00 a month!! This is what they message me now:

You also have a 3rd decoder on XtraView for R 110 per month, your 3 decoders are insured (2 Exploras for R 35 per month each and the HD PVR decoder for R 39 per month) and Showmax is free for DStv Premium subscribers. This makes a total monthly subscription of R 1118. ~LES
