Ripping hard earned cash

Dstv makes me sick, promised to sort out my issue, up to now my subscription are cut off. I have been with no TV since August when they decided to cut off my viewings. What surprises me is the hike on their prices. Am on compact and TV has been cut off since early August, to my suprise am owing them R1200 +. How can a compact be so high yet its almost a month full without view. What exactly am I being charged of, that is an installment of 2months. How is that possible to to billed that amount when my TV is off. Am sick and tired of Dstv. Its a ****.
