Box Office - no thanks! This evening I ordered a movie which did not arrive. After a whole evening wasted with messages to and from DSTV the final straw was being asked for screen shots of my TV showing that the movie was still indicating "to rent" rather than "watch" - in other words, they are implying that they don't believe me and that I received the movie but am trying to get out of paying for it. Well DSTV, you've made a profit of the R35 which will be charged to my debit order, don't spend it all at once! It's the last Box Office rental you will ever receive from me.
