I paid but they don’t want to reconnect me, because payment is not reflection, I bank with absa, they bank with absa, it should reflect immediate like before, previous month I had the similar issue where I pay prior to billing date but still get disconnected, ever time I need to make a call to be connected, even , thou I paid way in advance, Dstv need a competition cause their staff don’t even know their own processes.... nxaaaaaaa
