Ripoff
Two months ago Dstv offered me a streaming package of R199 a month. This was clearly a **** offer to get me back into their clutches as I’d cancelled my subscription. The reason why I make this accusation is because I have not once been billed the promised R199. The first month I paid R350-odd , the second month R299, and now, the third month, even after paying R299, I received no service. When I logged into my account I was told my balance was R799. I then paid that too (stupid me) - still no service. *******!!! ****mers!!! *****sters!!!! You don’t deserve to survive as a business. Shame on you!!

03 Mar 2024, 17:54I only am able to use one device - I haven't been able to use the additional device I have been paying for. So surely I need to be credited with R100 each for those two months as well as the R799 I paid yesterday? So according to my calculations, my credit should be R999. Kindly confirm.
