*******'s and Worst Service Award Winner

The Worst Service Award goes to DSTV, such a *******. I am forced to regularly call your account ls department every month to teach them how to do their math. I am sick and tired of this and I spend 30 minutes to more than an hour on the phone having to get tour *********** staff to do their job properly with some ending up hanging up the phone on my ear. I am honestly disappointed in your staff from the service I have been getting and you guys overcharging me and deducting money for a non active decoder.
