I am asking everyone that uses DSTV to Watch out or Possibly leave them, i am here to dictate no one on their choice, but after what happened i am no longer a customer of DSTV ( A long serving customer though )

I have been paying my DSTV Account for years seamlessly via the Cash method, i even pay it before the due date of the actual DSTV Date is. I no longer receive any statements Via Email or Post ( Shows how little they care about a paying customer ) I am also tired of the Countless Repeats, and Bad Signal. But what ****ed me off and pushed me to my limit is that they Debited an amount again from my account, after i just paid them last week for the month ahead??? What is even more freaky, or scary is that how the hell did they get my bank details and authorize a debit Order??? Do i smell *****? Phishing?

I aint putting my Financial Stability in Risk with such an *********** Company I am Done!!! When i queried this nobody could answer me, and just said they will refund my money in 14 Days, they so easy to deduct, but not easy to pay back, who's to say i dont need that R999.00 to keep me going for the rest of the month? No they do not care

Please people i just ask you to please be alert regarding this *********** company, and watch your sms's and bank accounts to make sure they have not ****** you.

Only reason i am posting this, is that nobody at DSTV can give me a proper answer!!!
