I am so discussed with the service that DSTv is providing. Thier self portal is very misleading in WhatsApp. So I made a payment today (18/12/2019) of R56,71 as shown on the messages. Shortly after making the payment I see that we are to make another payment of R243.06 due (18/12/2019). I contact them on Facebook to enquire what the fee was for that I made a payment for , I'm being told it is a reconnection fee inclusive of insurance , when I ask for further explanation, i am being told that the payment of R56,71 is for connectIon fee for 2 days as well as insurance. You guys are full of ******* and are not helpful whatsoever.
