I have been paying insurance for more than 5 years or more and my decoders started giving me problems and I went to multichoice for replacement. I was given decoders not in a box and without accessories. I asked why I was told that the insurance doesn't cover accessories. I requested for policy copy and transcripts. I received only the policy which is silent about accessories not covered by the insurance. This is a *******. They are selling a product that is not complete. They lie to people. When the manufacturer sends decoders they are in a box with a seal. But they opened the box at the back not in front of me. How do I know if the seal was tempered with. Not good for me.
