******* and bad service

On Tuesday night as I watching TV, trying to change the channel to 157 my decoder then switch off and started scanning. It went on and off for like 20min around 9:30pm. When I got home from work today, it was off and it says no signal and the decoder is showing the orange light.

I called multi choice call center to enquire about this and I was told to visit the DstV service store to get my decoder checked and I told the consultant that we don't have one in thr area and then he 'escalated my case to management' and my query will be attend in 24-48hrs after holding for 30min.

I told him I'm not happy and I would like to either speak to the manager or provide me with his name, manager on duty and the email address that he escalated to

He asked me to hold for another 30min and then the phone cut off.

I stay in Vryburg and there is no agency close to me. I will have to travel a minimum 60km to get my decoder checked.

All the stores in Vryburg do not have the DstV HD decoder that I wanted to buy. Game, OK, Bradlows, Pep. On Monday I even drove to Klerksdorp 220km and still Game store did not have it.

Im not willing to spend money and time to travel for this Decoder to be fixed because I'm even paying for Insurance.
