*******

Hi please see the attached proof of payment settlement on my pricelock account at MultiChoice.

On the 23 of June 2018 I went to MultiChoice N1 City to settle the Price Lock account I spoke to the consultant and she gave me a settlement letter which I took to the bank Capitec which I used that time to make the payment immediately as proof attached. I phone MultiChoice to confirmed that they did receive the payment and I send proof of payment to several consultants I sold the Explora last year as the price lock was said up settled the Explora decoder nolonger belong to MultiChoice but to me when the lady I sold the Explora to went to N1 City two weeks ago the consultant told her I have to pay R1702 to change ownership. I spoke to several consultants today and it seems like I'm figting a ******* loosing battle because the settlement amount that I have paid doesnt reflect on their side when I spoke to them. I need legal advice on how to handle this matter that's reflecting on my credit score

The usual response without any action that's why it ecalated from 2018 until 2021 going back and forth your consultant that I spoke today couldn't see any settlement payment reflecting but he can see the proof of payment besides that he mentioned +-R500 was transferred back into my account which I never received and why did they transferred back someone ******ed up he even told me to go to Capitec bank and reverse the settlement amount that's the only solution that he think will work which bank reverse money almost three years down the line you will sort it out on your side i have spend over R100 of airtime on the phone with MultiChoice with no hope
