They deducted money from my bank account for a subscription I don't have and now I must fight to get my refund. I called twice and both times it was promised that I will get my refund but I'm still waiting, the 1st agent never escalated the matter and the 2nd agent told me I will receive it the same day which it's not. I want my money back into my account today
