I purchased my decoder in April 2022 and now 13 channels are giving me an error message (E48-32). I have called & we did trouble shooting that doesn't work. I was told to call someone to check the signal which i will have to pay from my pocket. This is a total *******. All the reasons they gave me don't make sense. I was told its due to bad signal but its not raining and I was also told its because of loadshedding but I always switch off the switch everytime I have loadshedding to protect my appliances. I NEED YOU TO FIX THIS or else I'm cancelling my subscription too bad coz I already paid for next month. I really am not happy with this. I am so disappointed
