my subscription was disconnected due to non payment on the month of April. Upon trying to rectify the premium on the beginning of May, I am told that I was not disconnected for April, and I now owe for the month where the services was not available to me. The message clearly said I was disconnected due to non payment. This sounds like a rip-off. I will not pay for services I did not have. I will take this matter to consumers watch if nessasary. I need this matter rectified asap.

We confirm that your service was not disconnected when your debit order was returned in April. We attempted to deduct a double payment in May 2015 and this payment was not honoured as well.
