Ridiculously Poor and Arrogant Service

Once again i have been treated badly by the social media team, i inquired about app let which is not working even now and they chose to ignore me after going back to them requesting that they respond to my query, they continued responding to others ignoring me, i said to them to them must avoid risking me going to Hello Peter as that would damage their reputation, fell into def ears, i tweeted them from @donadoni_17 and followed up 3 hours later for a response, nothing, i rely on the applet for weather to plan my day properly, i refuse to pay for services not rendered, i have screen shots of the app let that is not functioning and i shall hear from you on how much you gonna refund me for the services you failed to deliver.
