Ridiculous to say the leat

So we have upgraded my parent's Dstv compact to Premium plus internet twoo weeks ago. Without notice of an outstanding amount of R122 they decided to suspend the internet today. All this while a debit order is in place for the 13th of every month. Payment was made but now it will take 24-48 hours to work again.
