Ridiculous service

I would like to share a bad experience I'm receiving with my DSTV Ever since the beginning of July I have watched about 10% of it but at the end of each month I'm expected to pay full amount, if there's a slight wind outside it doesn't play n give me error 48-32 if it drizzling outside its not playing I have called the call centre and we ran through the settings but still the same. The only reason I have DSTV is to watch sports but over the weekend I couldn't watch it because of the weather conditions and again last night I couldn't watch it because of rain, I'm really disappointed hence I pay a lot of money for it but I can't even watch it. Even the analog signal is better than DSTV it is not affected by the weather n we only pay less than R300 per year.
