Ridiculous !!! Quadruple debited !!!!

My account has just been debited for R3075 - I've just called your customer service department and apparently I'm paying for 2 subscriptions !!!!! Somebody needs to pull out the recordings and sort this out and give me back my money !!! I am now overdrawn on my account because of the incompetence of your staff. I expect a response . For clarity sake I should only have one subscription on my name the DPP R799 , that's it, any other subscription being charged is ******* as I never authorised it !!!
