Ridiculous, pathetic poor service

This morning I wanted to take up the black Friday special on compact for R499 24 months contract ,the lady asked if she could call me in 10 minutes and she did not and I sent a message on your online chat to request a call back she called at 12:00 she will call me back but did not mind you she deactivated my service so I called your call center at 14:25 and they couldn't help me with the product still and had to ask them to reactivate my deactivated subscription instead but they could not activate my extra view because I did not have the smart card number but when they deactivated I was not asked yor smart card numbers now I've lost on an offer because your consultant was held up in meetings and your call center does not have phone numbers for your contract department .I called again at 18:30 the 1st lady was even more rude while trying to tell her what happened and what I need from she said she just transferred me to another agent who tried to help but also left me hanging on the line until I decided to hang up the phone without getting the extra view connected
