Ridiculous how long it takes to Rica the sim!!!!!

I am waiting about 3 days to rica my sim for datv internet, this is ridiculous!!!! I've sent my documents numerous times, called 6 times and still no answer as to what is happening and why it's taking so long!!!! Absolutely useless!!!!!!!
