Ridiculous
I upgraded my 2 exploras to ultra, worst mistake of my life. They only installed one and one is apparently installed at the wrong address.
Showmax was deactivated now battling to activate it, their consultants are useless. They end calls and live chats without resolving my issue. DSTV must give me a airtime voucher for all the calls I have made the past week or reduce my installment for Dec cause nothing works.

16 Dec 2021, 18:04Those showmax steps I have tried them 100 times with your consultants on line and your live chat team. I keep getting an error that says "no account found to be linked" and this is so frustrating.
