Ridiculous Billling

Multichoice giving me headaches with incorrect billing, I'm on the compact plan, but expected to cough up R833 for month of April. only paid R399, was told to wait for error to be cleared by accounts. To date, I'm sitting without veiwing, having paid for April. Being asked to pay R433 to be re-activated. I am appalled and have lost interest in continuing with this service. Sucks.
