Ridiculous Billing Method
I only connect my service during the holidays for a month or so. I calculated payment until the end of March and paid the reconnection fee. These people wont reconnect the service unless I pay for April as well. April is not due until 1 April by their own admission. So. I guess I will ask for a refund then.
