Ridiculous behaviour by DSTV towards its customers

Hi, I have been a loyal premium DSTV customer for years without any benefits. While many premium customers left DSTV, I gave DSTV benefit of the doubt. But DSTV doesn’t care about my loyalty as I don’t get any discounts on my premium package. Its very sad and horrible coming from DSTV. Price fix will not help me at all. Recently, I added another explorer on my package. The premium has escalated but DSTV isn’t even bothered to offer me discount. Please assists on this scenario as DSTV has been very nasty to me while I continue DSTV.
