Ridiculous add on Fees

Dstv day light *******. Each and every month I'm charged R49 balance brough forward amount. They charging pro-rata fees of amounts that make no sense and adding and deducting fees. My Dstv compact subscription R469 and Showmax R49 but yet when you querying amounts they adding and deducting fees fees no aware of. When i called i was told i was charged reconnection fee before payment date now it's a reconnection fee after payment date. My payment date is the 20th and last month i paid R470 which was the amount due on the 21st and according to Dstv the reconnection fee is already added. What is the grace period before subscription is turned off?
